Complaint about pseudo promise by Panasonic model no P55 mobile

Sir previous year in March I had brought Panasonic model no P55 mobile having IME no 356536061516335. And that time it's not functioning properly . Take this to service care center for exchange of handset. But they didn't replace this and repair this set. Received the set but after some time again it's have software problem . And this process continue 8 times. Repeated request for exchange of set but they didn't do. In March 2016 again same problem happened with mobile set. They send the set to Delhi for repair and given back probably in June month . After one month same software problem happened again. And from last 3 month it was in service centre . This time it's out of warranty. Now they are asking me to give Rs 8000 for repair.

Sir it was non functional set from beginning. Please take necessary action.
