Complain against Reliance Communications Without giving Proper services asking monthly rental

Dear Sir,

Myself Sandip N. Rathor R/o 002 , Ganesh Gauri Aptt. Manish Nagar Nagpur was having a reliance wipod internet dongle and using it.
Issue is that there were problem started from jan 2016 last week and from there i have raised so many complaint to reliance outlet, Reliance complaint no ( 198) also several times but they have not resolved the issue. They said following reason repeatedly to me.
1. At Manish nagar location Tower is not working.
2. We will resolve this issue soon.
3. We are working on this issue.

After getting repeatedly this answer from reliance i got frustrated and surrender to reliance outlet at Manish nagar i.e. M/s Hi- Tech Mobiles reliance store in may month.

and they are now forcing me to pay 1327.00 rs immediately through phones/sms/emails.
I am mentally harassment from all this issue.

Kindly consider my complaint.
