Reliance Communications Limited not providing CDMA landline upgrade

on 31-may-2016 I got one SMS and guided to visit to visit reliance communication gallery for 4G upgrade of my fixed Wireless land line number 022 32400522. Also on 1-JUN-2016 I had visited nearby reliance shop to upgrade my phone in 4G. I also visited reliance gallery for the same. But they told me that my number will not upgrade and will discontinue after overall upgrade process because reliance is closing CDMA business. As I am using this phone for more than decade and this number is spinal column for my personal as well as business contacts.
I will request you to help me to protect my natural Fundamental Rights. This mobile company is operating in large scale. They should manage this number available for me in any format like CDMA, GSM , 2G , 3G, 4G or wired but discontinue number is not bearable. At list I should have sufficient time to switch over to new number.
presently My phone line is totally out of order. Even thee hadn't manage any kind of automated message audio for incoming phone. I am getting big trouble for this and suffering from big loss.
Even visit reliance communication phone number 30333333 is switched off and the are not answering mu emails also.
