    I m sharad goyal (jobsheet no:160803005036) enquiry. No: 900024527. I submitted my redmi 2 prime in service center for some motherbord issue on 2nd july they give me the estimated time 10 july but they are faild which now complated 1&half month. they does not give any clear information and misgide me. now it's a high time i have no patients,
    Kindly arrange to
    1) replace my old cell with new handset,
    2) or i need warranty to be extended for wasting my two months
    3) if this is not possible then i need my money refunded to me asap!!!
