Complain against Airtel Relationships center for Invalid Sim

I bought the sim card with the number 7490010029 on 29th June 2016. When i used it to purchase something online, it shows invalid sim.

Also, on social networking site Instagram, it shows invalid sim.

Please Look into it as the Airtel Relationships center in my city is not resolving my problem.
