internet service activation without request

I have prepaid reliance sim-no.8000241200.it was used for voice service only,on 19/04/16,i had purchased Rs.149/-internet for 28 days but the service was not good so on 16/05/16 expired and i have not requested for continuance of internet services.on 19/05/16 i have recharged for rs.200/-voice call but the balance became NIL on next day without any use.call center staff are answering different explanation for the charges,not satisfactory.I request you to help me resotr my voice balance of rS.200-/
