i purchased my cell phone in July 2016
after 3 months i got problem with cell phone then submitted in service center on 11th November 2016 they told that there is a problem with motherboard they told me your cell phone will be repaired in 15-20 days. i agreed and i given in the service center after 15 i called again and again in service center there was no response.on 21st December 2016 i got call from service center they told your problem has been resolved and u can collect your cell phone.next day i visited to collect cell phone they told it was not fault with motherboard it was problem with charging point. then i checked cell phone it was working ok but when i reached home the another problem was started sudden restart. next day i visited again they told me that there is a problem with motherboard and they collected and they promised me they will refund my cell by next Saturday (31-12-2016) so till now (25-01-2017) there is no response. and not giving any reply at all, please do my kindness
