I purchased MI4 16 GB white with MI protect through you and paid Rs.11598/- vide online invoice No.1469328549084618720 dated 24 Jul 2016 with IMEI:867079020470072. It is informed to you that my mobile was fell down and damaged. Since, so many months, I seriously and severally consulted your customer care and also MI asst, and requesting for necessary action ie. replacement of damaged mobile accordingly to your rules and conditions, But till to date there is no response. The customer care and MI assist (oneassit) have informed that my IMEI number is not matching and there is no record is found. The last date for insurance claimed is 23 July 2017. In this connection, I am going to complain in consumers forum against you for justice.
