I have airtel no 9246199625. i have converted from prepaid to post paid. i cleared all dues before conversion. suddenly after 5-6 mth i get a mail stating pls pay your due of so and so other wise u will be taken to court. they can send one sms to inform pending bills.

i had recharge yesterday with 349 recharge for local and std with 1 gb 4g data. suddenly they say its airtel to airtel 345. i can still see same option today online . when i had word with customer care he says i will not register complain and kept buisy on phone for 25 min .07 sec, charged rs 4.50. when i told him pls make it fast its chargeable call he says its free. i have proof they have charged. later a lady calls me to say i have done wrong recharge yday. so i have difficulty. then i had asked her i will do today recharge of same thing . she says don't do we cant help today also. we have inside news you will be charged today but offer will expire and we have not updated online. so pls tell me is this service ment for common man or for cheating them. They don't send reminder, they don't send sms and they dont update system and manipulate our transection. i think everything is manuplated.
