I have ported my 3 numbers from other providers to Vodafone after getting the call from Vodafone for the porting offers. I got a call from a lady Nancy mobile number 8884455668 multiple times from the MNP department of vodafone to give the offers.
as per the offer given by her it had been one number 9886707985, they will make as primary by giving 899 pack in 699 and other 2 numbers 9742566610 and 8050007985 with monthly rental of Rs. 99 I can share the data and voice plan of primary number with all the three numbers as plan for the family if I port all my numbers to vodafone and the total month;ly rental for all the three number as a single plan would be Rs. 897+ tax.
but when I got the bill they charged me with Rs 699 for all my numbers individually and when I contacted their store and customercare they told they don't have any such plan and I have to pay all the bill amount.
this is a clear case of cheating and even I myself and the store manager in Banaswadi spoke to that lady and confirmed that she had commited that she will give that offer, the details are there in the complaint no.137891106.
