BSNL Network problem and calldropping

I had already registered the complaint to BSNL customer care centre for above said problem on 17th july 2015 docket no-1G171423037 and customer care exicutive asked that your problem will be rectified within 7 days and the call will be came. But till date nor problem resolved and nor the call came from BSNL. I had followup the complaint the exicutive have no satisfactory answer and than they are avoiding to talk as we are forwording Your call to our seniors, Many time I waited for the seniors about more than twenty minutes but no body attende the call. Once I asked him to give mail ID of your circle oficer I will mail him but customer exicutive has deny to give the mail Id. Than I searched the mail ID from Net and once mail to kolwadkar@bsnl.co.in, agmmmii@bsnl.co.in but till date there is no any reply from there also. Till date there is no improvemnt in the network but now problem is increasing. Earlier the calls are not getting connected as network busy, all lines of this route are busy or the number is not reachable. But now once I called any one it is getting disconnected iibetween the talk.
