Hi,

I have recently ported from bangalore airtel postpaid connection to bhilwara airtel prepaid connection. I was charged Rs 150 at the airtel store located at Digital Electronics 67, Pech Area, Opp Central Bank Of India, Nagori Garden 311001Bhilwara
Bhilwara, Rajasthan

When I asked for Bill or receipt, they told me that it cannot be given. I went there multiple times but they said the same thing. Please take suitable action. Also, I would need a breakup of the charges because Rs 19 is the porting charge as per trai so i dont know why Rs 150 was charged. I have already contacted nodal officer and apellate authority but they do not reply
