I purchased a yureka AO5510 on 17 May 2015. There is a touch problem with my headset from last few months I deposited my headset on micromax service center on 2nd of March this year and collected on 16th of April but there was no improvement then again I gave my headset to the same service centre on 19th april and collected my headset on 3rd May but still there is no improvement the problem is as it is. It's left side touch is not working properly in qwerty keypad Q is not working and after rotating all the keys at bottom (space bar comma sign dot sign paragraph change button ) is not working. Yesterday I deposit my phone at micromax service center I.e Abuja mobile services ,bhaskar lane ,inderganj gwalior Madhya Pradesh. on 4th may i again gave my phone to same service centre for the same problem and collected on twentieth may but still no improvement device is as it is having same problem i contact to YU directly this time before giving my phone at the service centre and they assured me to give proper device but i didn't get proper device . please take strict action against YU micromax.
