Airtel has blocked my postpaid number without intimation or reason

I have been using Airtel postpaid since 2009. Without prior intimation or mentioning any reason, they have blocked my number suddenly in Jan 2016. I have called their helplines and also lodged a complaint with Airtel, but no action is being taken even after one month. Please help.
