A.S.Communications - Refuse for bill and mobile fully damage

Sir,Yesterday I had given my mobile phone to A.S.Communications plot no 59 pkt-B-4 sec-7 Rohini Delhi-110085 for changing its display and paid him 2000 rs in advance and on demanding of bill he promised me to give it on tomorrow with my mobile an he also promise orally to give six month fully granty. But when i get there he refused to gave the bill to me and i was only able to get my mobile with changed damage display and now mobile fully useless because touch,speaker and receiver are not working.Mobile details Panasonic P88 IMEI 1-354149080406520
