unsatisfactory repairing service of sony mobile

I have submitted my sony M4 mobile hand set to sony mobile service station on 14.04.2016 wide ticket no-16041402834.
I have purchase this mobile on dated 20.08.2015 with one year warranty.
first time repaired by sony mobile service station on 21.09.2015 with 8 days repairng time.
second time repaired by sony mobile service station on 09.02.2016 on same day.
this is the third time my mobile goes faulty and it was submitted on 14.04.2016 still it is not repaired.
it means within 8 month the mobile is repaired three times.

sir, I have made so many e-mails and phone calls but till date there is only one answer "work under progress, We assure you of our best support always and as soon as there would be an update on the case we would keep you posted." but my hand set is still not getting back by me. I have also requested the company to replace it with good working higher version mobile set and I am ready to pay the difference.
please solve my case.
