Mobile phone problem not resolved and phone was returned in worst condition

Dear Sir/Madam,

I gave my phone to Motorola service center in the city of Surat. Issue in the handset was heating issue and slowness of phone in-spite of multiple reset. They gave my handset back after 2 months with battery and motherboard replaced. The repaired handset I received is in worst physical condition. I reached them again but now they are telling that the Motorola service center has been closed down. I contacted in customer care and mail them about the issue. They are also not in a mood of helping me. They are sending me to different address and from all the address i receive the same answer " Service Center has been shut down."

I also has proof in mail stating that they will extend warranty of the phone to the period my phone remained unrepaired but now they are denying for warranty extension also.

Please Help. My Phone is MOTO X Play.

I have reached them many times but not getting proper response. I want my money back, I will buy another phone. I dont want this phone now.
