i am Akhil , am received my order dated 20-07-2016 (noon).
My order item code :-BD1905472, PRODUCT NAME:- REDMI 2 4G 8GB WHITE , QTY.:- 1, VALUE:- 5999, ORDER NO :- 14254333336, SUBORDER NO.17807066896.

But , i am received from your packet old or defective product, this prodeuct hanging problem, display blinking , networking problem, speaker problem, so I need my product perfect condition.
