I PURCHASE LENOVA 6000PLUS MOBILE ON 26/12/2015 , AFTER ONE MONTH MOBILE MOTHERBOARD NOT WORK,DUE TO THAT I SUBMIT MY MOBILE ON LENOVA CARE TEHY CHANGE MY MOBILE MOTHER BOARD DUE TO THAT MOBILE EMEI NO CHANGE , AFTER THAT I SEND THE INFORMATION TO COMPANY HELPLINE THE PROVIDE ME NEW EMEI NO AND PROVIDE WARRENTY PERIOD , BUT NOW THE MOBILE NOT WORK PROPER WAY SO I AM NOT SATISFIE WITH COMPANY SERVICES WHICH ARE PROVIDE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING OF MOBILE ,SO I AM IN DIFFICULTY BECAUSE MOBILE HAS TO SUBMITEED IN CARE OF COMPANY AND MY MOBILE DATA AND CONTACTS ARE DESTROYE EVERY TIME WHEN I SUBMIT MY MOBILE ON SERVICE CENTRE OF COMPANY , SO PLS I AM IN VERY TROUBLE BECAUSE VERY IMPARTANT CONTACTS LOOSE WHICH ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE AGAIN , SO WANT MONEY BACK OF MOBILE.
