I bought a mobile phone Mi 5 from it official website www.mi.com/in on 1st June 2016 Order No. 516060182151359101. The phone was not working properly so I call called Mi service centre and they told me submit the phone to service centre. I submit the phone to service centre on 21 June 2016. Till the phone is not repaired and after 10 days I called service centre and service center told me that they don't have parts to repair the phone. The service centre also told me that they had raised the issue to Mi but they are not giving any response.
After that I called Mi customer care and ask them to provide the necessary part to repair it but they are not doing any working on it and neither contacted the service centre for further detail. I also demand that kindly replace the device or refund the money as the device is new and under warranty but Mi is not taking any initiative on it.
