Mobile HTC DESIRE 820G+ DUAL SIM repaire replacement at service Centre

The mobile set purchased in the name of my daughter Ayushi Yadav.
MY HTC DESIRE 820G+ DUAL SIM PHONE (IMEI NO- 358667061617043) and SR NO- LC56RB466913) which was purchase on 28.08.2015 fell on 31.08.2015 causing a minor crack on LCD but my phone was working smoothly and was having no any problems due to crack. I got replaced, at service Centre, screen guard on LCD,dated 07.08.2016 (14 days before one year ,i.e. within warranty period). A link kept displaying on the screen suggesting for updation of software. I updated software according to instructions however after updation my phone got switched off automatically.After putting my phone on charging,it did get started and displayed HTC logo but afterward dispalayed "NO COMMAND" .No application could be operated.
I took my phone at authorized HTC service center " service world (Kanpur) shop no-27 old taxi stand (behind VASAN eye care ) NORONHA CHAURAHA THE MALL KANPUR UP, PHONE NO- 9208020001 ,dated-26.08.2016.There service staff removed guard and during removing LCD slightly cracked again and she told that “in case of any physical damage warranty is not cover “and she submitted Rs. 600 against service charge and after checking phone she wrote by hand at the job card out of warranty and i was told that it will cost around 13000INR for the repair/replacement of set.
whereas according to the limited warranty clause statement para 7 part (c) the limited warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the product including but not limited to cracks or scratches on the LCD screen or Camera lenses. In accordance to this statement my phone should be covered within warranty.
Kindly make arrangement for replacement/repair of my phone set.
