Dear Jago grahak jago team,

i booked ticket through Mobikwik application, from bangulru to hyderabad on 05/01/2017 and traveling date was 06/01/2017 (Go tour and travels ).
On the Day 06/01/2017 bus opereator putted me sms your ticket is shifted from this bus to another bus. then i requested to cancel ticket.
Next day i came from other bus.

Till now money is not refunded by Mobikwik application.
i am asking for refund then mobikwik replying provide proof from bus operator and bus operator is telling money refunded to mobikwik.
Bus Ticket PNR is 49385 given by Go tour and travels no
