Hi, I purchased MOTO G4 PLus 32 GB from Amazon.in , which was delivered to me on 3 October 2016. It was not working properly. Apps are crashing, phone is heating, and Finger print censor is also not working at times. On amazon website, it was showing that i can replace the product till 14 October. under their website they have shown that they don't replace Moto phones. On other page of same website they have shown that they clearly write NON-REFUNDABLE, if the product is so. When, I talked to their Customer care, she said , If Moto people write it, that the phone is not working properly, they will replace the phone.

Now, when I talked to MOTO online chat support staff, she said, they replace the product with in 10 days of invoice date. When i went to MOTO Service center , the person in charge said they just service the phones and can't give anything in writing. Now, I am confused, whom to blame, whom not to, as both are not helping me.
I have everything, Phone call recordings, MOTO Chat transcript and Video of MOTO service centre person saying, she can't replace the phone or give anything in writing. Please help.
