Complaint about bought Apple iphone 6s from paytm not taking the product returned

I have bought Apple iphone 6s from paytm on 28th Sep and I cancelled the product on 30th Sep and thought that the product will not be delivered because at the time of booking they mentioned 3rd Oct to 6 Oct 2016 as delivery date.

Aas I took the delivery of the product on 30th September, I was expecting Paytm guys to come and pick up the product and waited for two day.

On 2nd Oct, I called Paytm ask them the reason for not taking the product returned. They said unless the product is damaged or defective they will not take it back and though they accepted by cancellation, since i have taken the courier they cannot cancelled. I again told them that the product is a defective / damage one wherein it is getting heated near the ear piece and at back. They ask me to go to service center and get report from them. I went to Apple service center they have provided me clear report stating that it is a defective product and getting heated and also have hanging issues. Please help me in getting my money back.
