Sir,

My Name is Pradeep Kedee , I purchased Karbonn Titanium MACHFIVE from Amazone vide bill no.HR-DEL1-155022891-50269 Dated : 01/09/2015. Sold by Seven Star Infosystem, Unit No.1, Khewat/Khata No. 373/400 Mustilrue No. 31,Village Taoru,Tehsil Taoru, Distt. Mewat, On Bilaspur Road. Mewat- 122105, Haryana India. I recevied it on 04/09/2015 and after 3days it bettery get discharge very soon. I call at customer care no. of Amazone 180030009009, they are saying that the company don't have any replacement of this product. It is under Warranty period of One year.
I want to registered complaint against the company.

    i have purchased a mobile titanium machfive from amazom through seven star infotech mewat, i have not used even a single day ,my phone heats up so much that i doubt abt the burst of mobile , it restarts again and again, hangs up, i m very much frustrated, i aproach the service centre two times got repaired but they put up their hands and now my mobile is gone to the delhi karbonn centre within the purchase of 20 days my mobile was sent to service centre twice, i doubt abt the product that its nt genuine, i suggest all that never purchase mobile frm amazon.

    I purchased Karbonn Machone Titanium S310(Dark Blue) on Feb 26,2016.From day one its not working properly and even the authorized service agents are not helpful.I want to return this product.
