sound echo problem in motorola 2nd generation

i am nikil kumar khandelwal. I have purchased a moto g 2nd generation dated 29/09/2014. after two months of purchase sound echo problem was started, in earlier days i feel that this is due to network problem but it arises very frequently then i decided to submit my device to the service center.
I have submitted my device two times for sound echo problem to the service center every time after repair they said that this is not happen again but after every one or two month the same problem arises with the same device.
Recently i have submitted my device on 3rd august,2015 at B2X service center in Jaipur.
This issue is not only with me other user of MOTO G 2nd generation are also facing the same issue.
i want to know about the action taken by the Motorola on this issue.
