My yu yureka phones display was broken n they said to give rs. 2999 for the replacement for the device.
I have submitted the phone on 2 DEC 2015. they said dat my phone will be despatch within 2 OR3 days after 3 days i called dem so they said that it will take 8 days after 10 days i ranged them they said it will take more 15days. How much i will call them they said that it will take more 15 days.
How much time they are taking i dont know and one more thing that they are not receivng the call and ita always says they number is busy n they put the number pn hold for 15 to 20 min. In calling them i have wasted 500 to 700 rs on dem but they are not understanding the problem they are not listening at all.
Plzzzz its a biggest request for u all to take a strict action againts them.
