Delay in service - Replacement not received

I am kishor pawar, mb. 8381045850 , Chakan , Pune
From Amazon purchased handset Yuphoria Bill No. - 3265332 Dtd. 10 Jul2015

Not providing me replacement -- in guarantee period.

Due to speaker issue, they told me to deposite mobile at micromax centre , within 15 days you will get replacement.


On 24.02.2016 mobile deposited , YU play care received on 01.03.2016.

It has been already 21 days passed ( almost 1 month from submitting my
hand set at your micromax centre on 24.02.2015 ) & now your are saying
work is in progress & wait for another 10 days, which is not accepted
to me.

I have been requesting you for several times, but there is no
seriousness to you. It is not possible for me to wait for another 10
days.

I am very disappointed & upset the way you are dealing , not satisfied
with your service.

Dispatch my device as committed of 15 working days.

I am getting physically, mentally & financially harassment due to this.
