Dear Sir

I Have submitted my Canvas turbo A 250 Handset on 18/12/2015 in service center at Cst Mumbai. Till date I haven't got my handset repaired. Its around two months.

I talked to service center people regarding handset, they are saying that its in factory yet. Why it is taking too much time.

They told me that the handset seems not repairable and the company has not a replacement for the same model. So they are going to give a new handset of another model.

If that is the case, How long it will take to give me my handset.

your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
