I bought one phone MOTO G 3rd generation through AMAZON ob 5/03/2016. The speaker of the phone is not working during ringtone, video playing etc. If I call to Motorola or Amazon both are showing irresponsible behaviour and compelling me again and again to to visit Service Centre for this new phone. as per my experience with both these vendor MOTOROLA & AMAZON , both are playing with the sentiments of the innocent customer and fetching huge money. If they people cant care their customer, they have no right to sell their product to make trouble in the market. Hopefully a serious cheating case must be against these companies to play with the sentiments of the customers.
