Nokia Service Centre Refused to provide service

Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased a nokia phone and gave it for servicing in nokia service centre. After servicing the problem remained. When I went to service centre they refused to do servicing stating that I need to show the problem to them. I have lost my faith and belief on Nokia Brand. The total experience was as if Nokia is a road side brand. Pl help.
