Gionee M2 Mobile is not working

I Bought Gionee M2 on 8th Dec, 2014. From beginning it has not be user friendly.

Finally it stopped booting up on 19th Oct, I gave it to Gionee M2 Service center on 19th Oct, They gave me the mobile after repair on 6th-dec. They changed software, some hardware I don't know about that. I had bought new charger, new earphone. AFter that repair, mobile hangs, app doesn't open and today( 30th Dec) it stopped working and doesn't charge at all. It is all dead now.
I would request you to please raise this concern with unreliable brand selling the product in India and cheating us.

I tried contacting GCare, but their response is irresponsible. Hence I would request you to look into this matter.
