Dear Sir, I Premanand M Dundur residing at Akshay Colony 2nd Phase,Gokul Road Hubli I have purchased Apple iPhone 4S - 32 GB -white- ( With Apple Warranty ) ( factory unlocked) through online on http://shoppinghubb.com (Your Order ID 151106195812 Order Placed On06/11/2015 07:58:12 PM and i got on 18 Nov 15 and i sent message on 19Nov15 about problem. They have sent me box opened piece and not chargeable phone and returned it back. i told them to send me new piece or refund the money but they are telling lot of reasons example initially they told software issue and we will resolve it and send it back but i told i want new piece with proper box packed piece but they are telling they will send repaired piece. It is almost more than one month kindly help me to get refund.
