i have submitted my coolpad mobile handset at service center on 30th July. JanakPuri Service center says part not available at our end & Not providing final ETA of resolution whenever i visited service center they give me next date. Now 1.5 month completed but no resolution i got from there end. I can't service center always so i called them but they don't picked up my call. I also raised same complaint at coolpad customer care by E-mail but they also sent apologize mail & not giving me a resolution

    Sir I had submitted my mobile Coolpad note 3 lite for 24 jan2017 from under warranty for repair in service center Karmana Dream mobile centre at Trivandrum Kerala . In my mobile not work properly finger sensor hang problem . But he no repair by technician and also create new problem in my no sim and memory card deducted One and half months had gone but no response by mobile centre . Sir PLZZ help take action on behalf service center technician PLZZ solve my problem. Take action necessary
