Complaint regrading reliance Main balance deducted to zero without calling.

My reliance number 8467039224 is using from last 3 months. I have recharge 250 on 22 July and 200 on 30 Aug 2016. But both the cases amount is deducted to zero without calling. No help from Reliance . data also deducted drastically.
