I got faulty mobile and not repaired by service center

I purchased Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile on 19 May 2016 by Amazon.in and got it on 25 May 2016. Unfortunately the mobile came out a defective piece and there were signal problem in that and I returned that and Amazon replaced with new mobile and gave me new mobile on 2nd June 2016.

On the same day I had to go to Gujarat for my business purpose and initially days It was working fine except camera and heating issue but not a signal issue. But on July 1st 2016 suddenly network had gone out that time and could not submit mobile to service center due to out of Delhi.

I came back to Delhi and submitted on 18 July 2016 and submitted to Jannak Puri service center and they asked me for 7 -8 days to fix it that issue. After seven days I went there and asked, They replied me that there is hardware problem and take more 5 days.

I went again on 28 July 2016 and they replied me same "Part is not available" so wait till 3rd Aug 2016. On 3rd August I went service center again and replied me same "Part is available" so wait for few day more to repair.

I got a call from service center yesterday and they told me that my mobile has been repaired. I went and got my mobile but at service center I insert my sim just after receiving my cellphone back and issue was still there. It seems It was not resolved.

Because of this issue I have been suffering mentally long time. Now I would like to get my cellphone replaced or my money back as soon as possible.
