I bought Mobile online from MI Xiaomi, they send us damage mobile. I try my level best to change but they are not supporting us. after so many mails they ask me to send mobile with your own cost. I send through courier and they did't receive now damaged mobile again came back to my house. They have worst customer service. i bought that mobile @10,000. so Now what i do Pl. help me to exchange the product.
