Dear Sir greetings, I would like to draw your attentionn towards fraud done by the Call centres which make fake promises, lure the coustomers and never reply back

This company voice BPO called me to sell a plan and i agree to buy one connection, then they say to lie to me at the time of verification but i denied, when i called them for money refund they say do what ever what i can,

It is not matter of 300 rupees but they are fooling so many people . i was fortunate and i paid by cheque,
Please help to unearth this scam
To support my compaint, i am attaching Voice calls of the fraud lady,
Bank statement
Aknowlegement slip

i was duped but please help others not to get cheated by these fraudsters,
