I had bought a Redmi2 8GB phone from flipkart on 06Jul16. On 26aug it stopped working.. rchd to MI Service centre Vikas Marg and submitted the phone for week as per them motherboard was not working. After a week they returned the phone stating it has been repaired and on same day it stopped working again.. On 7th sep they had submitted the phone again on which they had told to collect next week on Wednesday 14sep they advised me to wait again for a week and on 21sep they told me that they don't have motherboard for this phone and refused to give any time frame for the recovery as per them they had no timeline and will call us whenever it will repaired. Please advise why such unprofessional behaviour from service centre who are not giving any time line to the customer who is after them for the repair from the past one month.
Yesterday on 21st sep have lodged a complaint 160921001521 where CSR Smriti told me that you will get the solution within 24hrs.
But till now haven't receive any revert or solution.
Now I don't want to get suffered anymore. Kindly return the money back or replace the phone without any delay.
If it is now not been actioned urgently I will definitely go legal about this.

I have been sending emails to Xiaomi MI india Support on regular basis from 22 sep and their customer Support Narasimha Reddy was reverting me to wait for the resolution, also from last 2 days i am not even getting any revert regarding the issue from the customer care.
I am claiming a new handset or below compensation for all the hassle i am going through.
