i purchased MI4i Phone months of Feb 2016 after 3 months we found charging issue my phone . i submit my phone first time 4 june 2016 (job sheet number is JS16060401117) and i receive my phone return back 20 july 2016 but after receive my phone i show one color spot on screen so same date again i am submit phone (job sheet number is :- WXIN1607200010539) and today after 60 Days we are not receive my phone. service cater provided number also not working. my home town to server canter distance approx. 500 K/m every time not possible to i visit service center. i also visit service center 5-6 time but till date my phone issue not resolve request to help resolve my issue.

    I ordered Mi4 mobile phone from Amazon on prepaid payment basis but even After 10 days of delivery date I have not received my order. On customer care I contact everyday and they promise that u will get the product within 24 to 48 hour.
