Delay in service and poor response by micromax mobile support centre

Respected sir / madam
I've bought micromax mobile phone model A096 and within a period of 5 month it goes out of order. I had contacted with support centre on 18th july and surrendered the phone as they said it will take 5-6 days maximum to get repaired the phone and after 4 days they said repairing will take 21 days. On 5th August, when it's 19th day of service, received a Msz again that it will take further 21 days. Micromax is not interested in giving any service they are just changing service status from 21 days required to 7 days required and vice versa. Just want my phone back in good operating condition. So I seek your help in this regard.
