Hi there,
My complaint is against the mobile company Coolpad India. I bought Coolpad Note 3 in October 2015. After several months it gave me the display problem. I have submitted the phone at the service center on 23 July 2015. Its been more than 1.5 months and I have not got my phone back. I have raised it several time with the service center in Dadar, the Coolpad Customer care but every time I have received an arrogant reply. I have payed Rs. 9000 to buy this phone. I have no personal phone with me and currently I have borrowed the other phone from my friend. I am very much upset with the customer care people. They have no proper sense to talk to the Customers. They can't even speak a proper Hindi and not even English. I have been chasing them again and again but they don't seem to be solving my problems. I also chased them on Coolpad India Forum & the Facebook page of Coolpad India but they don't even provide a proper response over there. I have been provided with several commitments but none was fulfilled. I have all the proofs against this company about not providing the proper service. I need a quick attention on this. My earnings are less and I have a home loan on me. Hence I am not so well to do person to buy a new person. I seriously feel like Coolpad has mentally harassed me by not providing the proper service. I am a family person and cannot imagine to loose my money like this. I need you urgent assistance. I feel like killing myself if Coolpad India continues to behave with its customer like this.

I had given my cool pad note lite 3 in service center in bharuch for network issue (the phone is under warranty) on 13/08/2016
Today i have received a messege from coolpad stating that your phone is reddyin service center.i go there i suprriesd he say that we have to send your phone to the company forifurther reparing & it will take more than 20 daya.
Now what i do already 36 days passed & more 26 days almost 3 months waiting time.
Please guide me wht i do?
