on 05/01/2017 my paytm wallet was having a balance of rs 1452/- it became zero on 06/01/2017. I lodged compliant with paytm through e-mail on 06/01/2017 but no reply till date . kindly help me in this matter . This happened due to crash of paytm app in my mobile. company is not responding .
