IXaomi MI Note -3 not working within month

I Mrs. Shabnam Panwalkar had ordered MI Note 3 online wide order no 5160930594502161 Invoice no- 1475290114883618732 and received order on 4th Oct 2016. It was working well for 20 days and after that It start hanging there after even app was taking long time to open.
I preferred to sent at service center, so on 2nd nov I visited the service center they check the phone and formatted the phone wide form token no 101. After formatting it worked for 10 days & again hanged & completely got dead & unable to start with any efforts.
So finally again I gave it to service center & now they are saying that phone’s motherboard has got damaged & need to replaced. In this 50 days I haven’t used phone properly & without using there major problem Occur and have to visit service center twice, so I request you to rather giving repaired phone I deserved to get new phone or full refund, as this phone is opened & again will have some problems in future.During my two visit to service center, I found many people were having same issues for same Note3
