I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge mobile on 2nd August 2016 from Reliance Digitel, Infiniti mall Malad West, Mumbai in INR 56,900/- .
The phone accidentally fell and broke easily in spite of the company claiming it as the unbreakable gorilla glass. However, it was my mistake so I got the screen replaced from the BORIVALI service centre on 16th August 2016 after spending 15,357 INR.
On 12th August 2016, the replaced screen started going awry and within seconds the display went off all by itself following which I had to take the phone to the same service centre again. The centre registered my complaint and kept the phone in order to carry on the procedure. They had claimed that I would receive a call from them within around two days regarding my phone. But I did not receive any call. When I called the centre they do not have any specific reply to my query and say that they will call when they receive the required spare parts from the company.
Today, as on 23rd September I have still not received any information regarding my expensive phone. On the top of it I have got rude replies from the customer service personnel. After a lot of distress I am finally complaining to the consumer forum about the issue.
I now demad a full replacement of my expensive phone and nothing less than that from the company.
