I have purchased a Moto G Plus 4th Generation mobile phone , 32gb from Amazon.in (booked on 17th oct, delivered on 21st oct) and have been asking for replacement effectively from 31st october, though i did ask immediately by 24th october also, later changing my mind as the first scenario was due to scratches in the plastic guard.Then i have observed that the phone restarts every 3-4 or sometimes more irregularly. I have done all possible checks (observed in safe mofe, did a smartchk, factory reset happened. I did not realise this was the phone re-starting as i thought it is a screensaver. then more difficulties like calls not connecting, sms alerts not happening etc. Amazon continues to maintain they cannot refund nor replace and asked me to contact manufacturer and try to resolve the issues. I am totally fed up

    Amazon has washed hands in this regards, as they are only the innocent sellers. They are oblivious of the manufacturer's product quality. Hence, the team, after a lot of hard work suggested me to go the manufacturer. Hence, with no other option i approached and knocked their door. "Do remember, this is only a 13500 product , a low budget phone purchased in offer". The team of efficient Moto G Plus phones, redirected me to the nearest service centre. The nearest service centre discovered that it is a faulty battery, however, the nearest service centre need help from another one in T Nagar. Hence, assured me that it will be another 2 weeks before i get my phone back.
    Will making or renewing complaint in Jago Grahak elicit a reply from any of these parties, including, Jago Grahak!!!!!!
