Complaint regrading service centre Intex Blade Continuous Issues

Hi,

I had bought a Intex blade 23 July 2016.

The product seems to be defective and the voice from the opposite party was not audible from the beginning. Still had adjusted and used the product for sometime.

Finally when the problem became grave, I had called the customer service and informed them of the issue. The informed me that there could be problem with software or the hardware of the phone. They suggested me to approach service centre at Adyar, Chennai. The service centre details provide to me was as below:

The phone was submitted to the said service centre who confirmed that the "Receiver" of the phone had problem. They repaired the phone and delivered on 17 Aug 2016. I had called the customer service on 17th itself informing that the voice quality is still not satisfactory. They advised me to use the phone for 4-5 days and review the issue. The repaired phone worked properly till 22nd Aug 2016.

I have made various calls to the customer service informing them of the issue. The number using which my calls history can be tracked are 9380302844 and 8939319904. But there was no satisfactory response from them. They had promised "Call Back" from Intex's higher authority which has been not fulfilled till date. Felt that customer service agents were toothless hence had no options but contact the service centre again.

New job sheet was issued to me with number '609014176003'. I had got a call from service centre on 06 Sep 2016 that product has been repaired but they are not able give me a solid reason as the why the "Receiver" replaced during the first service failed. What would happen if the "Receiver" fails again. Without any satisfactory reply from "Intex" I would not like to collect the repaired device once again and re-submit when it fails.

I am feeling betrayed by Intex. You should know that by behaving like this your are losing the trust of the customer.

Also your authorised service centre database available with the customer service agent and website is incorrect which has wasted lot of my precious time in submitting and collecting the mobile again and again.

The city listed under "Tamilnadu" are incorrect. For example "Ambattur" , "Egmore" are not cities. They are area names within "Chennai".
Also when "Chennai" is selected as city, it lists a service centre in 'NAGAPATTINAM' which is not a area in "Chennai".

This same information was also provided by your customer service agents. Hence I request you to get your geography corrected.
