SIR,
MY R COM. CDMA MOBILE NO.(9314850199) have approx 5600 Rs. (GLOBAL CALLING CARD BALANCE),
During CDMA to 4G Upgradtion My GLOBAL CALLING BALANCE NOT CARRY FORWARD.
During upgradtion time customer care saying that this balance will be carry forward, but now this balance is not carry forward.
Plz carryforward this balance inform of main balance.
