I own a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 32 GB, and I have taken the insurance from One Assist of Mobile Protection. My phone's screen got damage so I decide to take the claim from One Assist. I have delivered my phone to one assist office at Plada Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. 12/22, Ground Floor, Main Mark, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi- 110008. I have the mail from the concerned team regarding the receiving of my phone at Delhi office. After around one month on 19th December, I got an empty box delivered on my address 209, Vaibhav Apartment, Sethi Colony, Jaipur (Raj.). The courier was delivered by Expressbees. Till now I haven't received any solution. It's been more than a month that I have raised the complaint but the company is saying that they want some more time.
