Hello,
I did purchased a mi redmi note 3 through amazon.in on 22 AUGUST 2016.After using the mobile for a month and half the battery life of the mobile started to decrease. After 3-4 days I observed that the front screen of the mobile or display started to come up .When I saw that I tried to open the mobile and opened the back cover .The battery was swelled and while closing the back cover it was not closing or getting locked.
I went to the service centre and stated my problem .They refused to provide any sort of help and said the warranty of the mobile is void since you have opened the back cover of the mobile and no service will be provided against warranty and battery will not be changed or replaced with a new one. You will have to pay for everything and stated a lump sum amount.

Therefore I want to request jago grahak jago to help me in this matter.
